Phillip Heflin is a Chicago-based actor, producer, and occasional graphic designer! Phillip’s first show was a middle school production of Les Miserable, where he had the incredible privilege of falling off a stack of chairs and actor blocks and subsequently dying. He has been chasing that high ever since, so please let him die in your show!

Phillip graduated from IU Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, with minors in Theatre & Studio Art. Born in Baltimore Maryland, Phillip has since laid his roots in Chicago. Currently, he is a proud collective member of Sandbox Theatre Collective (and one of their Social Media Managers!). Phillip understands the unfortunate necessity of having a personal website as an actor, so here is his! Recent performance credits include Cyrano and Grimm with Theatre Above The Law, and TAPE with Green Shirt Studios.

Phillip also loves producing shows with his friends! He is drawn to shows with strong ensembles, explorations on human connection, magical realism, and funny haha stuff. Some of his recent producer credits include Happy Birthday Mars Rover (upcoming) and Tigers Be Still with Sandbox Theatre Collective, as well as TAPE with Green Shirt Studios.
